Flagler Beach, Florida. 20 miles North of Daytona Beach and 20 miles South of St. Augustine. You can walk your dogs on the beach from North 10th street North and South 10th Street South. You may also walk you leashed dog on the boardwalk. But you must clean up the messes they make.
