Pet Policy: Well-behaved, well-socialized dogs are welcome in the designated dog-friendly rooms at Palmer House Inn, one dog per room, at a pet charge of $40 per night. For the comfort of guests who may be suffering from allergies, no pets are permitted in the Main House. By registering your dog as a guest, you, the dog owner agree to maintain control of your dog and to clean up after your dog and agree not to leave your dog unattended in your room, in any Palmer House building or on the grounds. You agree to clean up any mess your dog may make on the grounds and to deposit the mess in the area designated by Palmer House. You further agree that in the event your dog urinates on or soils the floors in any Palmer House Inn building or damages any Palmer House Inn property, you will pay for the cleaning and/or remediation of such property, and authorize Palmer House to charge your credit card for such cleaning or repair. You further agree that Palmer House Inn has the right in its sole discretion, to require you to remove your dog, should your dog be a nuisance or danger to other guests staying at the inn or to staff members or to other people on the Palmer House Inn property, or to other dogs registered as guests at the inn.
