We arrived at the Hotel at 4:48pm with a 5pm dinner reservation at The Palm restaurant. We checked in but left our bags in the car. We told the valet we didn't have time to get them then and we would get the bags after our dinner and show (The Ugly Christmas Sweater). When we got back at 9:30pm we asked the valet if we could get our bags. She said oh yes, I parked your car here, (just a few feet away) knowing you would be back shortly. She got our bags for us and helped us get them into the hotel. She saved us the trouble of waiting for it to be brought up from the garage. She was amazing.
What a night!
What a night! We drove by and decided to stay on impulse. It was the perfect idea. We enjoyed a city view room on the 12th floor, allowing us to see Thanksgiving Day parade preparation. Staff was extremely professional. The breakfast was exceptional. I hope to return just for the sourdough toast and avocado. YUMMM!!
