Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal,bagels,hard boiled eggs,yogurt,waffles,fruit,juice,coffee and tea.

Grossly overpriced. This should be more like $120-130, if that, not $250-300 per night (mid-week).
The rooms are old. Everything about the property is old and looks it. The area around it is not very nice. The pictures showing the area are very carefully chosen to not show what it is truly like.
While the rooms were basically clean, nothing about this property justifies a the prices they're charging.
The personnel working there were very nice.

Room was musty smelling, smelled like old cigarettes. Room was labeled as a smoking room. Tub was dirty and the bathroom ceiling paint was damaged. Pool and spa were closed.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good bead, good linens. Breakfast was adequate. Room had cute nautical decor. The manager allowed us to park our car after checkout for the afternoon.
