Very Disappointed.
Arrived on Thursday and no one touched our room to clean while we were there. Sunday. Front desk was unsure how to work a computer. Lucky we were the only ones checking in. Huge price difference if you use internet, if you call hotel Directly, if you call head office. Hope we can find a better hotel, 🤔.

Room was clean and well appointed and I slept very well in the comfortable bed.

Traveling with a pet and having a disability that requires special arrangements is always a challenge. The staff at Quality Inn met my every need without missing a beat. A GREAT experience!

Room was clean, but bathroom needs updating. Towel racks were loose and falling off wall. Noisy bathroom fan and needed better lighting. Bed was comfortable, location near ferry terminal and several restaurants in walking distance. Staff was pleasant.
