Very soft bed. Close to good restaurant.

2026/June. What a nice stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Room was large (2 queen beds, kitchen) and had everything we needed. Beds were a bit soft for us but still comfortable. Pillows were great!! Shower was small but excellent water pressure! 100% fabulous! AC unit worked well though a bit loud. However we were able to sleep well! Building is out dated but lots of renovations being done. Prices reasonable and best value in Idaho Springs!! Conveniently located next to Safeway and a few restaurants within walking distance. Definitely worth a stay! We will definitely be back!

Front desk clerk was super nice

The place is nice and clean. The room was not ready by 3 pm but they made a change to get us into a room. The parking lot is tough to navigate if you have a full size truck which was not a problem. The only real complaint was the mattresses sagged so bad if you laid on one end you would literally roll to the center. The foot of the bed was 6-8 higher than the center. We drove home today and my son has slept for 4 hours because he was exhausted from the lack of sleep. He is 13 so you would think it wouldn't affect him. My wife slept with her head at the feet of the bed to prevent from having her feet higher than her head while sleeping. You have no choice to roll to the center of the bed due to the sagging. Staff was nice but knocked on the door to make sure we did not have a pet which was wierd. Lot of places were close enough to walk too. We are planning on coming back to Idaho Springs in a couple months and we will look to stay somewhere else so we can sleep at night versus fighting a really saggy matress.

Housekeeping stole 4 of my shirts, oddly enough, it was the most valuable ones. Who hires thieves? These guys do.

Excellent staff, be back definitely

I had 4 shirts stolen by housekeeping. One was given to me by my daughter for Father’s Day. The front desk told me there was nothing they could do about because I signed their waiver. I’ll never go back to this place, the Columbine Hotel a block away looks lovely.

The manager have missed communication with her staff.She was unfriendly and frustrated with me.Very rude management
