Exceptional service
Tico went above and beyond to make sure that we had an excellent stay. The breakfast was surprisingly good, once again we received immaculate service with pleasant smiles and tasty food. This is our 2nd time stay here.
Good hotel
The hotel served our needs perfectly for the reception we held next door at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and it was conveniently located next to the parking. If you work out, a gym is available a few blocks down where you can use the facilities, but given the cold weather, I did not make the walk.

Upon arrival customer service was great. At the front counter was the amazing service rep by the name of Meta. She was very hospitable. Made check in very quick and easy. Breakfast was great. Not crowded. I stayed for 2 days and definitely will be back..

Breakfast was good. In house restaurant was very good. Unfortunate that parking is an additional cost. Location was good. Nice view, walking distance to everything. Overall good experience.

Walked in no air conditioning in lobby. Elevator being used by staff do needed someone to allow people to use. Breakfast for $20 was a joke. Not even worth $5
