Just what we needed
Even though the place was jammed, clerks were great, light hearted and got us into our room( w the dog ) in a few minutes. Very grateful for a place to land that late in the evening!
Nice stay
Excellent staff, nice place. Stephanie was even nice enough to braid my wife's hair for her. Very much appreciated. Would recommend.
Reservation Issue
The hotel manager, Nathan Oshiro and his staffs Noel and Dakota are doing excellent in their assigned positions with confidence and professionalism, especially Nathan, he is handling and try to assist and resolve my issue within company standard policies. He analyzed my situation patiently and with understanding which make him an effective and excellent manager. Thank you.
Clean a little older but spacious
Clean but a little older. Great front desk. No complaints.
Clean simple and friendly
We needed a last minute hotel to fit a basketball team and were pleasantly surprised by Red Lion Inn. Clean and well run, with friendly staff.
Marginal
This hotel is just OK. It’s pretty run down and is missing some simple amenities like clothes hooks in bathrooms or something better than plastic or paper cups in the rooms. For the price I would feel better with a ceramic coffee cup.
Poor night's sleep.
I had to create my own pillow out of clothing because the pillows provided were so big. The blanket on the bed was gross, wrapped in sheets on all sides so I guess they hoped you wouldn't notice. Black hair on the bathroom floor so I didn't even use the shower. Pretty terrible.
