Very Comfortable
My room was quiet as I’d requested. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The courtyard was accessible from the room and convenient for my service dog.
Enjoyable accommodations in Eugene
This facility is clean, modern and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is near a large mall with lots of places to eat! Highly recommend!
Great stay
Having lived in Eugene for 35 before moving out of state, I am familiar with all local hotels and Valley River Inn is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Eugene. The menu in the restaurant is incomparable. The wait staff is very accommodating as I’ve had parties in the restaurant that involved multiple tables and various arrangements. 5 stars.

The hotel and staff could not have been nicer. Particularly Mike at the front desk provided personalized and above the normal service. The wait staff in the restaurant were also outstanding, Toni and Daniella in particular were so accommodating to our large group. We look forward to a return visit.
It was good but very noisy
The walls seam to be thin also you should offer a continental breakfast.
