Safe Refuge!
We were affected by the Eaton Fire and had to evacuate our home with minutes of notice. The Westin Pasadena allowed our two Great Danes to stay at the hotel with us for two nights. We are eternally GRATEFUL! It meant so much to us that during our time of need, they were there. We will truly never forget this!

For the last 5 years plus stayed twice per year.
It was always immaculate.
As of late the maintenance of the rugs seemed missing. Never before where there spots in the room on the floor.
Maybe let someone double check the room?

Unfortunately, no early check-in was available. While we waited, drinks were not cheap at the bar, and the ladies' restroom off the main lobby was very dirty. The valet service at checkout time was a long wait, which a hotel should know in order to schedule staffing for checkout.
