Superb staff comfort cleanliness amenities
We needed a hotel for me, convenient to Chandler Regional Medical Center while my husband had surgery.We’re so glad we chose the Hilton. Staff was amazingly accommodating. Housekeeping freshened my room every day which was much appreciated after a long day at the hospital. Front desk manager Justin made sure I had everything we needed. The on site restaurant and coffee/convenience shop meant I didn't have to go anywhere else. Plenty of big trees made it easy to find a shady parking spot in the big lot. Grateful for this amazing place!

I did not book a room in Chandler, AZ. Credit the full amount to my credit card immediately or I will dispute the charge with Visa.
Location great. Disappointing.
The same breakfast offered left a lot to be desired. Staff was nice. Bathroom shower leaked all over the floor. Obviously has had water damage from the caulking put on the baseboards. Quite a liability to have that much water on the floors. Won’t return to this hotel.

As far as the rooms go, it looks like a Comfort Inn that Hilton bought and put their name on the building. The bathroom showers were in poor repair; missing and soiled causing that looks like a poor repair job. Furniture as definitely outdated. Just didn't live up to my expectations given that I've been a Hilton Honors program. I took pictures to document.
