Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock is in a beautiful location that inspires relaxation as soon as you arrive. The rooms are comfortable and filled with luxury in every detail. The housekeeping department goes beyond duty and care efficiently. Front desk personnel and managers were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant service was also impeccable. All servers were great. I would not hesitate if the opportunity came to go visit it again. I was lucky to have my room in the east side and was able to enjoy sunrise! It was an energetic experience! The experience was breath taking as far as friendly staff and view! The hotel did leave me concern was stuff under the couch! Found out when I drop remote and the shower and tub was dirty so please check because I found hair and dirt in each! Then The guy Sent to clean kept scrubbing partial and askin me what about now I said there’s another piece of hair and was confuse why not clean the whole thing! So when I found the shower as dirty I just clean it myself! Other than that spa was amazing and restaurant staff incredible people.

Amazing views!

The ac in our room hardly worked. And it was hard to sleep. When we contacted the front desk, all they offered was to give us fans. And refunded our 35 resort fee. A place that charges over 600 a night I would expect better.

Beautiful property, however we were not informed about the spa being under renovation until after we booked it. Disappointing....

Overpriced for the amenities

The hotel was well located and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay.

The property had a lot of families with kids, which made it quite loud throughout our stay. On the first night, we had a serious issue in our room—the bathroom door locked automatically and we were unable to access it until maintenance arrived the next morning. When we called the front desk, they did not seem surprised and suggested using a paper clip to unlock the door, which did not work. We ultimately had to wait until maintenance arrived, which was both unsafe and extremely inconvenient. With the resort being so family-friendly, the door locking issue was especially concerning. We weren’t traveling with kids, but it was unsettling to think about how serious this could have been for families with young children. Additionally, the room was advertised as having a fireplace, but it did not work at all. The balcony was also much smaller than expected. The hotel itself was fine overall, but for the price, it didn’t feel like a great value. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised.

Overall I think the property is average and offers a lot of false advertising. The pictures do not quite give you the real thing. The pool area needs a lot of love and is significantly smaller in person. Shadowland Bar was ok - and again the outside area is small and underwhelming. Our room was a good size and clean. Liked the fireplace. Balcony is very small with rusted furniture. The Starbucks coffee bar sounded good, but a scone was 10 bucks. The resort also made no note of renovations taking place…so our “mountain view” balcony consisted of a construction site complete with bulldozers and jackhammers. Had no other rooms available. Overpriced for what we had. I am certain there are other properties in Sedona that would be a better bang for your buck. Disappointed for we paid.
