Excellent service, staff, ocean view and location.

Everyone was very pleasant and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

I have to say we were extremely disappointed with our stay this time. The room was in poor shape overall. The carpet was worn and the drapes are stained and the room was not very clean at all. Old dust everywhere and the tables under the lamps have not been cleaned in who knows how long. We paid just about $700.00 a night and for that price we should have had a much better room. As it was they originally had us in the wrong room requested and we had to go back down and get it changed out. The restaurant man. the service is terrible. We must have waited an half hour just to get our order taken and then we had to ask for our check from a busser. The night before my husband went to the bar for coffee because he does not drink and it took almost 45 minutes and asking twice to get it. At this time we are most likely not going to come back to this location but look elsewhere. way too much money spent for a poor experience. btw..the front desk folks were great though.

Was a good place to stay great location and nice hotel. Dog friendly and dogs everywhere. Some of the entitled dog owners make it drop a stars. When getting coffee in the morning and dog owner is allowing dog to lick the honey and such is a turnoff. I still rate as a 4 star out of 5.

Fantastic stay at the Kimpton Shorebreak. It was everything we hoped for. Unique, clean, comfortable, friendly, and excellent location!

This is the best stay I've had a hotel! It was a well designed with an awesome beachy aesthetic and all the amenities were giving HB vibes. I loved that they had beach cruisers, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and kids scooters available. They also had smores plates for pick up between 5-10 to take out to the fire pits! My room had two super comfy queen size beds with a huge balcony facing the pier. Parking was easy and the location was top tier within walking distance from main street and pacific city.

Property and people are great. It’s centrally located to most everything and only a 30min Uber drive from LB.

You never really know when you book hotels, this one did not disappoint. The staff was great, the location perfect. They have everything you need for a day at the beach, it was an amazing stay, we will be back! Thank you
