This is very much a budget hotel. No frills or thrills and the walls and floors are paper thin. Microwave has seen better days with the buttons smashed in and worn off. Location is good as it was close enough to sea world to see the park from the hotel room but that’s about it.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet reasonable standards for guest accommodations. During my stay, I experienced several significant issues.
Most concerning, I observed several German cockroaches in the bathroom on the day of my departure. The overall maintenance which I witnessed in my room was lacking any attention to detail. The air conditioning unit did not blow cold air regardless of the temperature setting, the bathroom faucet was extremely loose and moved with the slightest touch, and the front door required a strong push to open.
The only positive was that the bed was fairly comfortable.

Check in was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The outside of the hotel could use some updating. The photo of the kitchen on the website is incorrect. There is no breakfast included as prescribed on the website. The air conditioning could use updating. Parking was okay.

If you're looking for a great deal outside downtown and don't need the excess of high end chains, this is the place for you. There's plenty of parking. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are comfortable. The AC blows cold. This is a great bargain.

Even though i had paid the nigjt theu had canceled my room. The receptionist was able to fix was very friendly but It was pretty pricey for what it was, the room was semi clean, and there was cocroches all night my kids kept waking up to the crawling on them. And the shower kept leaking alll night
