Hotel was more like a motel, that you would expect to be under $100 a night. Keys kept demagnetizing. Hotel showed its age. Breakfast was in basement, waffle station, some premade eggs but had to wait to be refilled. Cleaned but lacking.
This is a budget place.

The hotel needs an upgrade it is old and rundown. There was a smell in the air in the hallways and room. The smell was awful the carpets in certain areas of the hallways had huge stains. Will never stay at this hotel again.

My children were sick and I had to cancel our travel plans. I had called and asked to cancel our reservation. The manager refused to help us or accommodate us in any way. We were charged our full room amount. Things come up, especially when traveling with kids and there was no wiggle room. I will not be staying in a Ramada again. It was very disappointing.
