Mardi Gras week
The hotel may be a little older than most but everyone is so friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff works hard to accommodate you. I checked out on Valentine’s Day and received a fresh long stem rose. You can see that the management cares.
Trying Time
The staff was excellent for accommodating our special needs. My brother and I are very appreciative for the assistance received.

The hotel does not look as pictured, the room had a awful mildew smell. The beds were full not queen as I was told on reservation. This place looked like a run down motel I have reached out to customer care and the response is they will educate staff on the different bed sizes and evaluate the condition of the property. That is not a acceptable response.

The room was clean. Nothing fancy. Only stayed one night for a concert. We walked to the Pensacola Bay Center and back. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Free breakfast was cereal, breads, yogurt, juice, and coffee; no cooked items. It was a good hotel for the price.
