Unfortunately a very bad experience. The shower wasn't cleaned, there was a super dirty shirt stuffed between the bed and side table, the power went out for several hours, and the thermostat didn't work. At check out I tried explaining this to the employee but was mostly brushed off. I've been going to San Jose for years but will likely be using a competitor going forward.

There was a power outlet that was inoperable next to the coffee machine in the room.
The shower seems to have had a dripping faucet for sometime. There was even rust growing at the bottom demonstrating how long it had been dripping

Reception service excellent. Paul was extremely helpful, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Jeffrey was very good too. Pool was too cold but hot tub great. Breakfast delicious.

This was a very nice hotel. Plenty of food options near by. On site bar and restaurant. Hot tub is clean and working as expected. Room was perfect and bed was comfortable.

Okay hotel. It is convenient because it is next to convention center, Performance Arts Center, and Civic Center. Parking is very expensive. Room was average.

The only one that was helpful was the bell man. No one would text us when our room was ready, the bar didn’t open until 3pm and it closed at 10pm. We were there for the game. You guys lost out on revenue. The food did come out quickly so great job to the Chief and team in th kitchen

Good shops nearby and a clean room. The room phone wasn’t really answered, but going downstairs, the staff was helpful and got everything sorted.
