Just fine for a short visit. Bathroom is TINY! TV was a pain. Beds fine. Helpful staff.

Stayed there specifically because I need ed to swim . But the pool was out of commission until further notice. I wish there was something posted or I would have stayed somewhere else

Don, the manager, checked us in. He remembered us from previous stats. He’s always helpful and courteous. Breakfast bar was awesome!! Room was clean, pleasant scent, and cool when we checked in. This is our go to hotel whenever we visit family in Shelbyville.

The building was very old and run down. Carpet and floors dirty when you walked in to check in. Front desk guy was friendly. We were given one key and took the elevator that made noise as the door closed up to our floor. Our room was run down, old, and noisy air conditioner unit, toilet that hardly flushed, and got plugged and when my husband went down to tell them, they handed him a plunger. Unreal. The only good thing I’ll say is that the bedding- sheets and blankets were clean.

Our heater may have worked, but it stank like burning coils, so we couldn't use it. The fridge was on full blast but didn't keep things cold, and that is one reason we got a room with a fridge; for our babies formula. There was a loud buzzing noise the entire stay, never did figure out where that was coming from. The bathroom was dirty...someone cut their hair and it was all over the shelf next to the sink. Certainly not worth over 200 dollars for the night. Disappointed.

No, the kitchen was not fully equipped. I had to supply all my own stuff and they only wanted to give me a 20% discount off of one day. Dan Stokes the general manager is a jerk and the owner who never made himself known hurt my plate and he passed it off to the general manager, and the general manager passed it off to the owner. It’s the most functional organization I’ve ever seen in my life. I would pull their privilege of booking with Hotels.com so I wouldn’t have to go through this again or anybody else, if you have kitchenette, suck it up and provide the stuff or rent them.
