We had a great stay at the Hilton Logan Airport Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant experience near the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Whilst the proximity to the airport is a plus, the hotel itself is severely lacking in amenities, supportive staff and overall maintenance. A last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and a long weary day, no shuttle (despite calling the hotel 4 times only to go to voicemail), no F&B offering apart from old salad from the vending fridge, dilapidated bathroom with no amenities or nice touches one would expect from the Hilton chain. Thankfully the bed was comfy, although I was rudely awoken by housekeeping despite requesting, and paying for a late checkout and having DND in my door.
