Staff very nice.

Shower was a bit wonky and bed could be better. But the rest of the hotel was outstanding.

Property was nice. Not as modern as some Hampton inn, but it was good and suited our needed. Quick access to the highway!

The room was okay. It looks like any other chain hotel which is fine. Check out was extremely easy and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I appreciate that the hotel room temperature stayed relatively the same throughout the night and that it was set to a comfortable sleeping temp. The main issue was the bathroom cleanliness. The shower had was looked like hair that came out of a razor caked on the shower wall, there was hair stuck to the lotion bottle on the counter, and there was a musty smell. I did however appreciate they supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion that all smell really good. Another complaint I had was that the shower was extremely cold. I had intended to bathe my baby during our stay, but I couldn’t even tolerate how cold the water was. I am thankful to the staff that they canceled our second night without charge as our plans had changed and we were no longer staying in town for the full weekend.

Front Desk and Housekeeping were very accommodating. The staff are great!

Dated but maintained hotel. Springfield isn’t a great area, but this hotel is located within walking distance of shopping and food. Breakfast wasn’t kept up on, so things that ran out were not replenished (especially the last hour) (like oatmeal, yogurt, etc). Coffee kept running out in the morning. Like the lockout feature from 10pm-10am. FYI…there is a whopping $250 hold they place on your card for incidentals!! I’m 5 days after returning home and still have yet to have the hold lifted. It’s a Hampton Inn, just like most and as expected if you’ve stayed at a Hampton. I’d stay again, but probably not with the $250 hold. There’s equivalent properties nearby with nowhere near that amount and better as far as breakfast and amentities.
