Stay was brief but satisfactory
Pre travel room
Stayed prior to an early morning flight, staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast and coffee was decent. The bedding was comfortable and room clean.
Room was not cleaned.
Room was not cleaned when we checked in spiders was in the bathroom floor was nasty sheets had dried blood on it told clerk only thing he said was sorry about that didn't get room clean till next day won't be back.

The breakfast was pretty good. The airport shuttle was great. The check in was chaotic, the reception was full of frustrated guests. It was cold due to the automatic door not working and staying open... which by the way my husband fixed while we were waiting with no acknowledgement from the Receptionist. We have however stayed here before with no problems.

The staff at the front desk was great. But the room when we arrived the door was open and the refrigerator was moved to the middle of the floor. It was cold outside that night so with the door being left open the room was freezing. It's took quite a while for it to warm up

Airport shuttle was great and the drivers were very kind, accommodating,and efficient. Proximity to the airport is great. Staff was nice and very helpful but the hotel itself is very rundown, I had to switch rooms because my shower did not work, and it wasn't super clean. The breakfast was basically toast and cereal and yogurt. The coffee was not very good. Fortunately, I was only there one night.
