No complimentary toiletries and items in store was outrageous. I was also duped into thinking I was directly talking to front desk Springfield, MO lication when called to make reservation. Price was a lot higher than using 3d party and I was not even awarded points for my Hilton Honors membership!

great experience. Love the bistro options with a bar on site and had fantastic service from Candice. Great king room suite with nice separation for early to bed gal and late night TV watcher husband!

There was not coffee available 24/7. It stopped at the end of breakfast. Also the rooms were not cleaned well each day that we stayed. The pool bathroom was not clean. No towels had to ask for pool towels. You need a 24 hour coffee bar open downstairs in the winter when it’s cold outside. Also breakfast should be included in the hotel price.
