Under staff at the front desk. Only 1 person checking people in and there was a line waiting to check in. Property details online listed coffee in the common area, not the case. No ice machines on the floors, had to go to the bar to get ice. Also, details said $38 a day for self-parking and was charged $78 a day. Online details had too many discrepancies.

Location was great. Room was nice but unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner were both empty when we arrived. The air conditioning also did not work very well and could not get room temp below 76 degrees. Called maintenance and they came to look at it, said they would be back, and then we never heard anything from them.

Our room was plenty nice. But details and maintenance were lacking. The ice machines on every floor were out of order. I went to front desk and was told to go to bar. No one was in the bar, and I was told to go to restaurant. Major ordeal to get a bucket of ice. Then first shower, I noticed the shower gel container was completely empty. I went to workout room for the Elliptical. It was not working, along with one of 2 treadmills. The pillow cases were queens and didn’t nearly cover the king pillows. Nothing horrendous, but constantly annoying small things.

The AC in our room did not work. A call to the front desk promised an engineer but no one came. A second call only was able to offer a fan. There was no one on staff to fix it. We slept in a room that never cooled below 80 degrees!

The stay was great with exception of 1 item which for us was huge. We found blood on one of pillows following morning. luckily we did not sleep on that pillow however it made us skeptical if rest of sheets and pillowcases were washed before our stay

The parking is $35 if you leave your vehicle it’s more if you go in and out of the parking garage during your stay. The downstairs of the hotel looks nice but the actual room you stay in is tiny and not very clean then to top it off it says there is a view of the St. Louis arch which is a complete lie your view is a brick wall. Wasn’t happy at all I paid extra thinking that I would have a view of the arch. I would have never of stayed in this hotel if I knew that definitely a let down. Only thing good was their breakfast which cost and extra $12 so honestly that wasn’t worth it either. Stay at the Hyatt much nicer and around the same price
