Front desk staff were wonderful and rooms were clean and roomy.
Safe place needs attention yet comfortable.
Parking is across the street, easy access. Beds need new mattresses. Ice maker was out of order on three of the 8 floors. Maid service was non existent. No fresh towels, no bed service. I’d stay here again, but hope they would address maid service and the small amenities. There are not any other amenities here other than a restaurant. Easy walk to Arch and Busch stadium.

Good location for Arch and Cardinal game. The room was pretty good. Valet parking was a little slow since only 1 person was trying to do it all. He was working hard, but it was just him.

Excellent hotel in a unbeatable location. A five-minute walk to the Gateway Arch, as well as close to public transportation. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was in excellent condition. But the location is the main selling point. Only slight downside was one of the two elevators was undergoing repairs, leaving only one available. Not terribly inconvenient and easily manageable.

The staff was very helpful. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There was garbage in the trash, can from the prior people who stayed there and hair in the sink. There was also stains on the carpeting and on the couch in the room, the reduced price on the breakfast is a nice benefit for a downtown hotel, and the in and out privileges with the Quik Park next-door is a nice benefit. One of the elevators was down during our entire stay so that was also disappointing.
