My girl's/son and wife had a nice stay on the 14 th floor. We were there for the girls volleyball tournament. They loved the Starbucks. We enjoyed the clean room and the wife and I able to go downstairs and have a beverage.
Best customer service experience
Great stay. We came into three four inches of snow for a volleyball tournament. The staff was there, prepared and friendly. They didn’t miss a beat. Only sidewalks in the city that were clear of snow. Incredible! Thank you!

enjoyed our stay at the Hilton downtown Knoxville. Little issue with the elevator motor noise in our room on the top floor but otherwise great place.
