Had a problem with airport shuttle, (driver did not show up at the right time). Problem resolved by desk manager who got someone else to drive. Got very anxious about not making it to the airport. We got to gate ok. Tks.

The bathroom was in unsafe condition. The toilet was not secured to the floor. When you sit on the seat, the entire structure moved and lifted from the floor.
Additionally, when booking the room on hotels.com, it stated a free rollaway bed would be an option, this was not the case. The hotel staff stated they don’t offer that option at all.

We had an issue with the shuttle but Mahogany and her colleague went out of their way to save face, (providing meals to us after a exhausting flight)hotel’s customer service is stellar and they truly believe in service recovery
