Let me start by saying we have stayed at this property before and really enjoyed it! I don’t ever take the time to review hotels as all of them seem pretty much the same to me. But this time was different. The lady at the front desk was anything but pleasant. She told me it was my fault for being charged for internet when she was the one who didn’t tell me how to access it for free. She changed it but she could have been more polite. The cleanliness level was not as great as last time - this time things looked unkept. We didn’t have full bottles of soap or Kleenex. I found the bathroom sink to be very dirty.
