Rooms are clean and my bed was comfortable. However, I had no hot water. Lobby looks tired and needs refurbishing.
Desperately needs upgrades/ changes.
Substandard house keeping/ whirlpool didn’t work for second year in a row. Spencer’s food is inedible and grossly overpriced. Park in garage at your own risk. Too many better options in Salt Lake.
I like that you added in room air purifier.
Hotel staff was berh friendly and efficient.

Very nice hotel. Only one thing I didn’t like, having to call every day to have room cleaned.

Just found I was double-charged for the breakfast by the waiter in this hotel. I had two tickets for the breakfast. I brought my two children to hotel's breakfast. The waiter charged me an adult's price. I signed the check and put it on my room. Then I realized it should be a kid's price and asked another check and paid it with credit card. I asked the waiter for the previous one and he told me it was shredded. But now (12/29/2024) I found it was charged.

Great for a family stay. Only complaint is the indoor pool was cold and jacuzzi was out of order.
