Very clean well taken care of staff was polite.

I asked the staff for room service and they said they don’t do that. I just wanted them to refresh my towels and take the trash out. I stayed there a week. I will never stay there again

Basic hotel. Sufficient for a one night stay while passing through. Comfortable bed but puffy pillows. Average breakfast offerings.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Ham slivers in water. Eggs in a crockpot and a waffle iron with a 30 minute wait. However the biggest complaint came with the cleanliness of the room. There was lots of hair in the shower. The toilet seat was severely cracked when we arrived.

We are avid Hotels.com users, and this is by far the worst experience we have had. We were not expecting any luxury at this hotel, but we definitely did not anticipate how terrible it would be. From check-in with a very rude and unfriendly front guest staff, to booking and paying for a room that was supposed to have queen beds, but were given double beds, the dirty couches, dirty bathroom, dirty floors. No shampoo in the bathroom dispenser, the bathroom shower walls were detaching from the Drywall. The air conditioners were ancient and dirty and the room smelled like mold and mildew no matter how long we opened the window or ran the A/C. The breakfast was bleak and stale and judging from the lack of upkeep in general, we didn’t trust the safety of the food storage area. There was no elevator which is not the end of the world, but the stairs were old, squeaky and you felt them give a little with each step. Beware that this hotel should have a much lower overall rating that it shows on the website.

Run down room. Holes in walls, shower leaked, several light bulbs burnt out, lamp was broken, door knob on bathroom door falling off, and ac wasn't working properly. Breakfast buffet was pathetic. Cereal no milk, lukewarm lunch meat and eggs, no batter for waffles, bread, apples. It was the same both mornings. I have stayed at several Baymonts, always a great experience. This one was a let down.

The room as clean, smell nice. Breakfast was fresh and good. The staff where helpful

The hotel was not like the pictures. It was outdated, pool was small, a/c was very noisy. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have looked for a different hotel since I needed to stay for four days.
