There was blood on our ceiling, smelled like mildew, bathroom was dirty, and there were elder bugs. The hot tub is no longer they're. Ad said jetted tubs but there was. Won't be going back

I had paid for a room with a hottub in the room and a king size bed they gave me a double queen size bed and nothing else . I ask what happened to what I paid for . They said nothing they just said take it . Very rude workers.

Our room was comfortable but quite dirty. Floor was sticky. Corners of all rooms had loads of dirt and possibly big excrement. My parents had roaches in their room. The only way I would stay here again is if they amped up their cleaning process.

The desk clerk was rude !! The side door to hotel was Not locked when I parked car to get into hotel !! The room was outdated and dirty !!! Will never stay here nor recommend it to anyone!!!!!!!!

Upon check in, was asked if i was staying alone. Very unnerving, ill assume they front desk was trying to see how many keys i needed. Mold on thr ac unit, bathroom smelled musty. Stains on towels and bed that i didnt sleep in

The room was spacious and very clean. We had some trouble with the TV, but the desk guy had it fixed in five minutes.
