Nice place

Upon arrival had to wait for a front desk staff to come back from getting towels for another guest to check in. I got the impression that it has been a few minutes already. The lobby was over decorated for Christmas to cover all the damage they didn't want you to see. Like water damage on the ceiling, wallpaper peeling off the wall and the lack of staff. The room was cold with the temperature being in the 20's outside, towels were very off white and stain, toilet leaked at the base anytime you flushed it, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Just looking at the bed you could tell it has seen better days. Since I was just staying one night I overlooked all the issues. In the future I will pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. Stayed here because it was close to family and use to be a nice and well taken care of hotel. Not anymore. I would not recommend this place for anyone if they can afford another hotel even if it's close to who you are visiting. STAY Elsewhere. Avoid this hotel.

The skid is still beside the town 4months later. I rented suit room. The room I had the toilet backed up on the 1st flush. So they moved me to another room. That only one key to a door. The couch was very stained I would not sit on. So they moved me back to the 1st room with toilet issues. And gave me a plunger if the problem continues. And it did. Was not happy at all but I still stayed the night. staff was worthless with that issue

We did not have a desk or chair or a reclining /sittingchair like what was showed in the pictures online,,so we had to sit on the bed. We had to go to service desk to get towels and an ice bucket. The hallways constantly smelled like ciggerette smoke because people were smoking in the rooms,,the windows opened but it didn't help. What we did like it was close to restaurants and stores and close to the highway.

It is clear no one actually cleans. The room smelled bad and was down right dirty. This hotel is gross.

THE PARKING LOT NEEDS A TOTAL MAKE OVER. MORE HOLES THAN A 19 HOLE GOLF COURSE WATER HAZARDS INCLUDED !

The room was nice, but in the hall all we could smell was marijuana. We were told this was a smoke free, but not enforced.
