Hunter and Taylor at the front desk are the best! Very helpful and courteous! Great customer service! Beds comfy.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and high tech elevators.
Upon checking in, the reception was inviting and the staff friendly. The elevators are fast and once you learn how to use the high tech entry with room and card scan, they’re great! My room was immaculate and housekeeping keeps them well stocked with water, towels and fresh linens. Room service was fast and nice to utilize when not wanting to venture out of room after tiring LA Marathon weekend. It was overall a great stay.

Overall, the hotel was decent and the room was clean. However, there was a noticeable damp smell when I first entered the room, which wasn’t very pleasant. During the shower, quite a bit of water leaked onto the bathroom floor. I also ordered breakfast (sunny-side up eggs), and it was delivered in disposable paper containers inside a bag, which felt a bit disappointing. I hope these issues will be addressed for future guests.
