I stayed at the Sheraton Grand for a convention at the convention center. It was a little far walk, but other than that everything went well.

Hunter and Taylor at the front desk are the best! Very helpful and courteous! Great customer service! Beds comfy.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and high tech elevators.
Upon checking in, the reception was inviting and the staff friendly. The elevators are fast and once you learn how to use the high tech entry with room and card scan, they’re great! My room was immaculate and housekeeping keeps them well stocked with water, towels and fresh linens. Room service was fast and nice to utilize when not wanting to venture out of room after tiring LA Marathon weekend. It was overall a great stay.
Great Hotel Experience.
The hotel was very spacious, clean and had a friendly staff. There were restaurants next to the hotel which was very convenient.

Checked into the room to find the AC making a rattling noise, next went in the shower to find the body wash empty. Service is really poor.
