Family vacation
This was the best experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We loved this place and will plan to come back to visit again. All the staff was amazing and always called us by name. Very clean resort.

Key West getaway
Margaritaville was easy to get to, courtesy shuttle from airport and to town which was really convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The resort had everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were also great we had delicious breakfasts and drinks there. I would highly recommend!
Good food great atmosphere great staff.
First time we stayed away from Duval wasn't sure how it would be but it was great having a shuttle every hour. Room was great pool was great and the drinks were really good. Staff there really friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night and well into the next day beyond checkout at the pool. Staff was great easy to check in room was fine for the one night stay especially for the price. The staff allowed us to store luggage and hang out by the pool until we were able to move to another hotel and meet up with another party.The only complaint would be that the shuttle was not available like I thought it may be to go down to Duvall and come back. We waited for quite some time and ended up getting an Uber, so the savings that we anticipated did not come to fruition.

Property was very nice and the 2 bedroom we had was great for 4 kids. The pool while small, was also never nice and each staff member I interacted with (except 1) was kind and helpful. Unfortunately we could not use the beach due to sea weed and sadly all the beaches on the island were so sea weed packed that we had to drive a significant way to find a beach to swim in. Which has nothing to do with the resort but still impacted our trip.
Would stay here again but I would research beach conditions first

Unfortunately, our stay at Margaritaville was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the property was poor, and my son was bitten by some type of bug while sleeping. Although the staff was helpful and tried to assist us, the situation made us uncomfortable enough that we had to cut our trip short.
The beach was nothing like it was portrayed. It was dirty, had an unpleasant smell, and there was no beach service available. The pool area was also underwhelming. The hotel overall had a musty, moldy smell and is clearly in need of a thorough cleaning and major refresh.
This was not the relaxing vacation experience we expected, and we would never stay here again.

literally was in a room 3 days no air my son had the pull out couch and was broke never brought one back and day 4 we finally moved i want my money back fir the first 3 nights i have asthma
