I made a reservation for the room with the claw bathtub.I was promised that room.I have the reservation confirmation that says room with the claw bathtub.The gentlemen at your front desk just said sorry that room Is taken.I looked at alot of hotels specifically looking for that tub,i liked how your hotel was decorated a d was really looking forward to my stay.Feeling like I was just given the runaround with people who really did not care.

We stayed at Down Right Austin one night when were in town for a concert. The room was comfortable and clean. When we asked for an extra blanket one was delivered in a few minutes.
When we arrived at our room and opened the door we were greeted by an sweet cocker spaniel and a confused man who, rightly, wondered why we were opening his door.
I short trip back to front desk was all it took for us to be reassigned to an unnocupied room. There will always be mistakes, if they are corrected quickly and effectively, then they are no more than minor inconveniences.
