My Stay
very comfortable easy check in and out.
Good Experience
Room 848. Queen for 2. Poor lighting. Inadequate drawer space.
Average
The room was not that bad. You can tell the age of the hotel is old. Furniture had stains. The hallway had a musky old place smell. The A/C worked really well in the room. When the hotel is hosting an event they should consider joining the restaurant a little early and leaving it open a little later. Our event started at 5:30 so we didn't have time to eat before thenshow and when the show was over we stopped in to get something to eat and was informed we had four minutes. We did get an order of wings and scoop of ice cream to take to the room. Which wasn't ideal.
So relaxing and enjoyable!
Convenient, clean hotel with courteous staff, excellent linens. The entire experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. I’ll definitely stay again.
The entire staff amazing!
We went to this location after leaving a bad experience at a Hilton property. The gentlemen at the front desk were spectacular! The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is nostalgic. We absolutely loved it!
Awesome Staff & Service!
Alex is awesome. I got lost and my phone died. I called and Alex was a life saver! Gave me directions and was very patient! When we finally arrived at 2am, he got us a quiet room and charged my phone because I left my charger in Tucson. Alex saved the day for me!

The room I reserved was not the room I received. I was told they were sold out of my room type and I would be given a Handicap King. I received a handicap Queen. The air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower being started every time it cut on. The pillows were non-existent. I might as well had balled up a towel and used that as a pillow. The hotel was very dim. As a solo female traveler, walking in at night with a lot of men standing around the door in a dimly lit area just feels unsafe.
