The hotel staff was great. Front desk greeted as well.. David was wonderful He assisted us every morning with a smile, very helpful and very professional. The property was OK. Only one elevator was working so you had to wait long time to get on and off the elevator..Also, we had problems with our room carpet it felt as if there were fleas in the room I believe because so many dogs are in the hotel and I do not believe they clean the room thoroughly after the animals leave.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a positive experience. On our first night, the air conditioning in our room was not working, but the staff responded promptly and moved us to a very nice family suite on the first floor, which we greatly appreciated. On the second night, there was a misunderstanding between the front desk and my husband. While it was an unfortunate situation, it was resolved, and everything worked out in the end. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts the staff made to address our concerns.

I booked a deluxe suite which we payed extra for so the couch bed would be in a separate area for more privacy. When we got into our room it was a studio suite..told front desk person that checked us in, and he said when you book on Expedia they can’t guarantee you the deluxe room. After saying I would need a discount for the studio price and showing him I paid for the deluxe he said he could switch me to the deluxe room. I’ve read of others having this problem and makes me want to start booking directly through Hilton website when an exact type(such as a deluxe, not studio for privacy) is needed.
