Two blocks from Broadway Street is great location no nesesary drive safety place

We are from New York and expect to walk everywhere. This was perfect for us. Breakfast at this hotel was OUTSTANDING! The staff was responsive to all guests needs when something was empty even when there was only 15 minutes left to go. The variety of items each day as well as every day was really unexpected. Not only did they have the standard scrambled eggs but also waffles, breakfast burrito fixings, yogurt, fruit, cereal plus every hot and cold breakfast beverage you could want. The only thing I would change is to have a tray to take food back to the room as my husband is not a morning person. The room we had was on the 4th floor in the middle. We had no view or access to the outside so the room was SUPER quiet. The room had a full fridge plus everything except an oven that would be in a regular kitchen. Astounding! The TV in the Living Room and the couch were where we spent most of our time. There is lots of storage for clothing if you like to put clothes in a drawer like we do. If I could make it better, I would add a small dining table in the front room. I would also make the sink area a bit bigger. It was tough when someone came out of the toilet area. Amazing hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

Customer service was fantastic

When we checked in they did not have the room that was booked online. Put is in another room that was less than what we paid for.

The hotel is 2 blocks from Broadway, valet park your car and walk to iconic Broadway. Hotel is very clean and the water pressure in the shower was life changing. This is our third time staying at this location and have had great experiences every time. 10 out of 10 recommend

Very kind front desk, breakfast had options, valet price similar to others in the area but quite expensive.
