We arrived and the digital key was down for an hour so they had to walk us yp to our room to let us in, a transponder qas hit by a bird power was down for two hrs. But there was a worker named shay who did an outstanding job in trying to make our stay better. She helped me and my 30 family members who were in for my moms memorial better. She went above and beyond I would like to thank he. she was very sweet and helpful. Rooms were clean breakfast was great..

The property was dirty all around. Our bed had french fries on the floor between it and the nightstand (note: not our fries, they were there at check in), which remained through our trip despite housekeeping coming 1 day (3 night stay.) We called for housekeeping our second day and were told we couldn’t have it. We had no shampoo and conditioner in our room at check in. I asked if some could be brought to us and was told we could come get it later. The kitchen sink was clogged and old food would come up from the drain when we ran the water. Makes you wonder what actually gets cleaned. The pool and hot tub were filthy; especially the hot tub which was dark green and filled with debris the entire stay - completely unusable. No towels at the pool 2/3 days. The area around the hotel is extremely run down and be careful of the deep potholes in the entryway/parking lot. This part isn’t the fault of the hotel; but we had trouble sleeping due to the rooms above us being so loud well into the night (2-3am.) We’re pretty low maintenance guests, but this place was missing the basics- cleanliness being the most important. Hilton should remove this property from its portfolio; it’s not up to par with their brand.

Nice rooms

Not my normal IAH layover hotel but I thought I'd try something different. Glad I did. Really nice rooms. Pleasant staff. Semi-walkable. I'll stay again.

It was all good. Fantastic gentleman at the registration desk. Made it very pleasant. Scheduled us right then for a pick up the next day to the airport. We had a very nice room, very clean, very pleasant personnel.

The property overall is what you expect from a Hilton, clean, professional, and welcoming. Everything itself was great, but we felt that the actual property itself could use a revamp, as the furniture in our room was showing signs of heavy use, and that there were a few small things we noticed that were broken or out of order. Like I said, overall a great place to stay, just needs some refreshing!

Close to galleria mall

Definitely not a good experience. I wanted to take a hot shower when I arrived. Stayed at this hotel after a cruise out of Galveston, Texas. The water came out yellowish and smelled of the sewer. When I informed the front desk I was told because I booked through a 3rd party (hotels.com) so I'd need to talk to hotels.com. Overall this hotel didn't live up to what I was expecting. It was a huge disappointment as i used my points I earned to stay somewhere I though was going to be nice. This place wasn't it. My kids told me they never want to go to Houston, Texas, mostly based on the bad experience at this hotel.

When we got to the hotel our room had been given away, we had to wait for them to sort out our rooms, the person at the front desk was rude and unapologetic. Would not recommend
