Frustrating Cancellation Experience.
This was supposed to be a return stay for me. Unfortunately, this time was a disappointment — and I didn’t even get to stay. I had to cancel my reservation on or around April 6, well in advance and within the required timeframe. Despite that, the cancellation process was far more frustrating than it should have been. Communication was poor and the level of service I encountered fell short of what I expected — especially since I didn’t stay as guest. What should have been a simple, routine cancellation turned into an unnecessarily complicated experience. I value consistency and reliability when choosing where to stay and this experience left me second guessing whether I’ll return to this property in the future or at any Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Very poorly maintained, breakfast buffet was half empty. The tub shower floor was so slippery that you can barely stand up.

1st the luggage carts were broken, to where they should have never been placed out to be used. The screws came out while I was using it. I told front desk and management and I was told the same rehearsed story ,that we are aware and we ordered some and are waiting on them. 2nd I get to my room and it smelled like old like the carpet was dirty. 3rd I proceeded to go into the restroom and we only had 1 set of face and bath towels for 3 people. I asked the front desk, management and housekeeping and the same rehearsed lie at different times, they are being washed and we will get you some as soon as the are done. 4th I had left and come back later that evening asking for towels AGAIN and was told the same lie the 4th time about the towels but was told oh you had a DND sign on your door but all I have are a few towels again being washed. 5th She gave me those towels but then asked if I the(Customer) can you please Bring ME (Front Desk) the towels that you have already. Ma'am if I had towels the first time then I wouldn't be ASKING for any. Seriously??? 6th I even showed her the dirty towels and there was no concern, or sincere apologies AT ALL. 6TH We traveled all the way from Knoxville TN and decided to stay here because we felt like it was a great place to stay. 7th To top it off when we were getting ready to check out we had a lot of luggage and the whole cart fell apart. I Will Never Be Back. Oh I will be posting pictures. This Is Ridiculous, Unsafe , An Sad.

After the flop at Motel 6 this was a breathe of fresh air to have hot water and clean towels along with a hot breakfast and plenty of hot coffee.

The beds are very comfortable and the room is very spacious with a desk and computer chair. The water pressure is very good at this place which makes a very pleasant experience when taking a shower. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. The fixtures in the bathroom are very old and the ceiling in the bathroom is peeling. Some outlets don't work in the room and the lamp shade is torn.
