When I arrived at the Homewood suites to check in on my reservation, somehow the system didnt show my reservation. I got scared thinking “oh no where am I going to sleep now”. Front desk CHEAYANNA calmed me down and try to help me. We waited for GM, BRANDY EARL to come in. She asked couple questions and she found a room for us to stay in. Because the suite was fully booked due to the volleyball tournament Brandy was really kind, she managed to find us a room to stay in. Thank you for the super awesome service both of y’all provided. I will definitely recommend this Homewood suit and the hotel is kept clean and beautiful.

The property overall was good. Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the door constantly moved and jangled whenever someone walked by or used the room next door. All the employees were nice expect one who had a consistent attitude anytime we had to interact with him. I also felt that a discount should have been given since the elevator was broken the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

The king suite room with sofa bed was a perfect fit during our Volleyball Festival tournament. We had an electric stove, microwave, toaster and full fridge. The room was very clean and the halls were quiet.

They didnt have their elevator working but that didn't affect our trip since we were on the first floor.
