Nice alternative to downtown.
The hotel is located near downtown Oakland in an area adjacent to S.F. Bay. The neighborhood is much cleaner than downtown properties. The room was a nice size and met my needs. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The free buffet breakfast was good and tasty. The location was suitable for my downtown appointments.

We were given a room for disabled guest, after being told by front desk staff on arrival that the room suite with a tub I booked way not available and it was Expedia’s fault for over booking me. The bathroom shower for disabled was disgusting, black mold or mildew with peeling caulk and vinyl molding, brown stains running down the wallpaper. Bathroom looked dirty and in desperate need of maintenance attention and repairs. The entire closet door to the suite was missing etc.

Windows where shaking due to the Hway noise. Mold in the room. No rest. Rigid receptionist she would not consider doing anything for us.
Only thing that was good was breakfast.

I did not stay here I went into the room and had to leave the room smelled like smoke and all the furniture was not clean looking . It looked and smelled like a motel 6
I had to leave And get another hotel which you will see
