Check in was easy. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was fine.

A problem with the bathroon sink drain was repair quicky.

The staff was great but what I didn’t know was they clean their room every three days if you stay more than one night. You will not get clean toilet or your trash remove without asking. I asked for extra toilet the first night and they didn’t have any. So the next day when I returned from my event that was outside, they still didn’t have any clean toilets. My event was a track meet. I had go buy toilet so my kids and myself could shower. I will not be recommending them. The stay made me feel unclean the entire trip.

The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star review is that the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking water within an hour of our checking in. The manager was apologetic and gave us a new upgraded room. We just had to deal with the inconvenience of packing up and moving to the new room.

Breakfast was meager at best. Coffee was but colored water. No fresh fruit, yogurt or eggs.

This place has a fresh coat of paint but that is all. The A/C is very loud. We called down immediately upon check in and the manager cut me off before I even finished and said all of the A/C's are like that. But the biggest issue is the ant problem. I found one ant our first night and blew it off. Then my daughter went to go pack her travel bag (backpack) two days later and found them in and on her bag. The manager refused to even discuss let alone offer a refund of any kind and ran off to get out of the discussion. He said it is too late at checkout to expect anything. We should have complained before when they could have moved us. This manager has no customer service mind set. He does not care about his guests he only wants to roll over the rooms - despite very low occupancy. Unfortunately, hotels.com was not any help either.

Was pleasantly surprised at the nice room and overall experience. Shower head was difficult to manage - my only complaint
