Dirty, bathroom floor caving in.tiles coming up.
last 12 years 15 20 nights stay a year. everything is dated worn out and management is lacking. The property inside and out not well maintained. Mold in ceiling. mold in bathroom. Toilets too old. Floor tiles in bath coming up and floor is rotted out. I will be in CT at least three more weeks this year. We will not stay here. We are Hilton honors members. Richard Van.

The pool needs to be cleaned… our feet were gross from some stuff from the pool.

We’ve been to this hotel a couple of times before and had a nice stay. This time we were less impressed. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best, the pool was cloudy, and the overall appearance seemed less clean than usual.
The staff was friendly, which we always appreciate.

The property was very dirty and unkept. The pool was green. there were flies in the bathroom in the pool area. We found hair in our bathroom when we checked in like it had not been properly cleaned. We asked for clean towel and for our trash to be taken out. they made us come to the desk and get our own towels and they made us put our own trash out at the end of our hall. Anytime we had an issue and there were many they would tell us no management available. We had no hot water for 15 hours on the day we checked out and the night before. they ended up having to refund us and a lot of other people for our entire stay.
