Nice clean rooms, very comfortable beds. I struggled in the bathroom as I have really bad knees and the toilet was too short from the floor. Only other frustration was parking. We were told $12.50 for parking and we're charged $25.00. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Thank you.

Everything was very good. Excellent front desk experience, conveniently located downtown and close to airport. The rooms were perfect, clean and spacious. The bartender (short blond hair, used to work in the airline industry) was really hard working and a huge relief after a difficult travel day.
Staff was super helpful and patient.
I will stay at the Radisson again. We originally booked one night and the next day (check out day) we decided we wanted to stay another night. When we tried to make a new reservation all the travel sites showed sold out. Long story short, a manager lifted the sold out for 10 minutes so we could make our reservation. The person helping us at the counter was awesome and helped a bunch. They did all this for us and we greatly appreciated it. Division Chief Todd L.

Good location and good staff service.
The rooms are a good size, but our bathroom door had peeling paint, and the closet door was broken.
We had an issue where another guest was somehow able to open our room with our keycard. He was confused and mistook our room for his, which was a couple of doors down. Staff was deeply apologetic and moved us to another room and offered a meal voucher.
