No carpet in the room is always a plus for me! We stayed in a king room and were pleasantly surprised by the flooring instead of carpet. The room seemed to have some renovations and it was clean. I would have loved to see a walk in shower instead of a combo shower/bath but the stay was still enjoyable and we would stay there again.

We were a little concerned about the star rating, but this hotel overdelivered. The staff was excellent and very professional, the room may have been recently renovated because it was immaculate, and the location was central to the convention center and everything else we needed to visit.

We were there for a conference and the hotel was very busy yet there was only 1 person working the hotel bar and 1 person working the restaurant after 5pm with one person in the kitchen delivering food to both. We waited 45 mins just to order a 2nd drink - just ridiculous when you know you have a conference room block booked full
