The location was fine, my only qualm is with the airport shuttle lady. We left early in the morning and had a bellman come grab our bags. When we got on the shuttle she made an announcement in front of everyone that my families bags were very heavy and the bellman didn’t help her and she had to do it herself. Very unprofessional and embarrassing for the Westin to employ someone like that. I don’t say anything to her but I also didn’t leave her a gratuity. Only because she was so rude and I always try to take care of service industry folks because I used to work in that profession.

As a frequent global traveler. Only the US Marriott/Westin hotels will treat you like that:
You won’t get any water in the room or help to bring your luggage
Check in 4pm check out 11am
15$ extra for WiFi per day, no vanity kit or anything else in the bathroom beside the bare minimum,
Anywhere else in the world that would be completely unacceptable for a 4 stars or even a 3 stars but in the US customer satisfaction seems to be the last of their concern.
