I booked two King Bed City view rooms. They were both great. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They were spacious and came with a small couch and desk space. The bathrooms were large, very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly. I also paid an additional fee for early check in. It was well worth it. Love the area and the location is perfect. Sits within the North end of the 16th street mall. Super close to Ball Arena. Parking was available however we were able to get around by using the free mall ride and walking. Will definitely stay here again.

Everyone was very kind from the valet to the bar tenders. The pools area was clean and, easy to get to. The location of the hotel was perfect! We walked everywhere.

No coffee at all I. The lobby did guests. Just kind of annoying you can ONLY make coffee in your room unless you want to pay for it

The room was quite clean, although small and felt a bit cheap. The rooftop pool had great potential but needed a thorough cleaning, especially the water. Staff told us about the credits related to our destination fee, but after reviewing our final bill, I had to call the hotel directly to request a refund. Not terrible, but disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing staff, great location, valet parking - even a shelf for DoorDash deliveries. Very thoughtful and great hotel! Loved the room layout as well.
