Would have given an overall five star review, but the lock on room 308 was not working properly. I had to ask the assistance of staff (who were very nice) multiple times to get into my room.

I arrived late and in a snow storm. The staff was very friendly and helpful getting me checked into my room and getting me an extra blanket.

The room was not cleaned properly. It was super noisy. Place needs an upgrade if they want to charge that much.

It just needs some reno’s. Even if it wasn’t dirty it looked dirty especially the bath/ shower. Toilet paper was out on main floor, I let an employee know and they said “oh that’s not my job”
