The mattress was great and the room look nice, but when attempting to sleep you can hear every single sound of the outside world. The noise from the club around the corner can be heard all night. Hotel staff was kind and the bathroom was fully stocked with nice, warm, water pressure.

A few things in the hotel did not work, including the air conditioner, the curtains hot water took more than 30 minutes to heat up no Resturant no Spa and you guys charge a resort fee.

A/C not working, rooftop closed and no previous notice, staff left us in a not working A/C room.

This is a lovely property with an excellent room.

We have stayed at INK48 several times over past ten years. It is under new management and restaurant and rooftop bar not yet functional. However our room was clean and in great shape, staff were helpful, and hotel is within an easy walk to theater district and several outstanding restaurants. What’s not to like?

Front desk check in with Ivan was a delight. Service at breakfast in the cafe was excellent.

Great location when leaving for a cruise from Mahnhattan! It was loud, but it’s NYC, not the hotels fault. They didn’t offer any food or drinks for purchase other than what was in the room. Our ceiling was falling apart in the bathroom, and had to be moved at midnight. Room was beautiful, check in was smooth, staff were helpful and friendly. I hear there was a change in management so no more restaurant and other features? Would stay at again.

WORST hotel experience I have ever had. This property is in ownership transition and was a disaster, start to finish. I had to check out early from lack of sleep and getting sick. I didn't want to shower, that had mold all over the floor, running water in bathroom sink, major heating issues, the outlets didn't work. Service appalling. The list just goes on. Wouldn't go near this hotel ever again.

I greatly advise against anyone booking and staying at this hotel. I don’t think you can necessarily even call it a hotel because there is no semblance of hospitality at this place. We booked a room for a couples trip to the city and were met with a different room from the one originally booked. The best part being that the room they have is was supposed to be an upgrade but the heater malfunctioned and we had no heat the entire stay. When asking for help and for someone to fix the issue we were told vague timeframes, lies about when the engineer would be in to fix it and when the time passed that they told us they advised us that they are not experts. We were treated as if we inconvenienced the hotel staff by not having heat in our cold hotel room and it was obviously bothersome for them. Do not book here if you want to have a comfortable room, customer service and a great experience.

It was a nice spot to go to to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday weekend. The studio one with the bath is a must tho. It could definitely be better in terms of view though and commute to tourist spots such as Times Square, piers, target, and stuff but since I live in NYC it wasn’t really a necessity and I could always just call Ubers to places as well. Thanks for a weekend I can’t forget ink 48
