On the second day, the staff was so rude, i kept waiting and waiting while she was on the phone casually talking and I know it was not business related.
They told me they were out of towels on the third day.
On the fourth day, they didn't send the cleaners to come get the towels from my bathroom even though I had requested in the morning. And by night time when I called the receptionist, he said, oh its because my room was not on their list.
I will never book this type of place ever again

The kitchen was perfect addition to our long weekend. Continental breakfast was basic, but good - boiled eggs, waffle, cereal, yogurt, muffins. Overall a great place for the area!

We did not stay there overnight. I called you on the phone and tried to get your help. While I was on the phone this group of construction workers blocked my car in and I couldn't leave. Did not feel safe. The hotel was not in a good area, and I asked you to cancel my stay because the desk clerk would not and insisted that I had to go through you. We ended up staying at a Hampton Inn in a better/safer area.
I hope that your staff I chatted with took care of this and sending me a survey on the stay is an oversight.
