How can you charge me for the room when there was no room available for me upon check in and I was turned away.

Was clean and quiet. Getting into the hotel with my gps was a little confusing I drove past it twice before having to just put the restaurant it shares a parking lot onto my gps. Breakfast was great and hot with the usual dry goods and eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles. Pool seemed well maintained I didn’t use it because of how many loud children were in the pool area

The hotel did not have my Expedia reservation and they said they did not have any other rooms available. Its a good thing I called before showing up late at night. But because of some event in the area there were no rooms to be had anywhere nearby. We ended up sleeping in our car - thank you very much Expedia your booking is aweful

Decent place for a short stay. Okay breakfast

Our eight days stay at the Hamden Inn and suites was terrible. Hopefully I will never have to say this place again.. we get into our room realized the air conditioning is hardly working. Give it a little time. Still not working complain. The assistant manager tells us basically as our fault we don’t know how to operate it, then finally move us at midnight. it was 97° out that day so you imagine how hot we were! Second room the TV does not work complain can’t fix it and there’s no rooms had to wait three days to get a new room was not confident anything or even apologized to you. The next one they put us in the toilet leak constantly flooding the whole bathroom and there was a big hole in the ceiling where a cat had fallen out like 3‘ x 3‘ and we were forced to stay in that room for over $100 a night this hotel should have zero stars and they didn’t even comp a night. There was a reduce rate. The best was when they knocked on our door stating that we had started a fire from our cigarettes so he had smoked five hours earlier lol there were other employees outside several other gas people hang out in the parking lot. There were people fist fighting dcf removing children the police there f constant issues. our room was right next to the laundry room which guest did laundry 24 seven making the dryer give off obnoxious fumes. Warning don’t ever stay at this hotel.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Had an old smokey smell to it. It was a pleasant stay.

I booked a two bed room and got one king size bed.

When we got to the room and opened the door the room smelled of mold and stale smoke. My daughter is an asthmatic and there was no way we could stay there. Another room wasn’t even offered
