How can you charge me for the room when there was no room available for me upon check in and I was turned away.

It’s ok here. But really needs to have some updates. It’s also loud. But for the price, it’s fine.

I booked through Hotels.com. When I arrived the room that I booked was not available; I was told, a bit rudely, that “Expedia often does this and that I should have booked directly through the hotel”. Booking directly through the hotel was not possible online, as the website continually directed me to a third party booking agent. The counter staff was nice and attempted to provide me with a room in which an 8 and an 11 year old had to share a “queen” bed…The room shower was adequate. The room coffee maker did not turn on and leaked out the water that we measured. The reception on the TV was sketchy and kept rebooting the local channel, and frequently just gave a blank screen. The pool was cold, the spa was lukewarm at best, the pool area had bottle caps on the ground, one pool shower had no lights and slight shower pressure, the other shower had a small trickle of water coming out of a hole in the wall. Lesson learned, we wont be back. I feel for the employees that are trying to make a living working at this hotel.

Breakfast was mediocre, rooms looked like red roof, nothing compared to what’s advertised & obviously a high theft area. Cameras outside weren’t plugged in and no one was able to assist me

Definitely wasn't too pleased with this hotel. I've been here before, but the hotel name has changed. I believe since last year. This hotels remind me of a motel. I stayed on the bottom floor or the ground floor and I was not too pleased with that when I entered my room, it smelled like smoke. It was dirty, mildew in the bathtub. The walls are crack the whole place just need updating. The latch on the door was broken, so I felt unsafe. The couch had rips. The sheets had dirty stains on it, and I tried to overlook it because it was a overnight stay. But I did not pay money for this. It was about 1:30 AM when I called the front desk informing them that I was itchy on the bed and could not sleep. They later switched my room, and the second room was much better. Override, the stay was okay, but definitely would not stay there again.
