We enjoyed our stay very much. The airport shuttle was prompt, which is a real bonus. The room was quiet with great beds. Staff was nice. I recommend this hotel!

Very old property that needs to be updated. Front desk very nice. Complimentary shuttle back n forth to the airport very convenient. I recommend the hotel get updated and rooms cleaned better. We found hair in the beds and the bathroom. Repairs poorly done. Not very handicap friendly. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I traveled for business from Spokane to Tacoma on the weekend and paid over $500 for two nights at this hotel. That is ridiculously expensive given the condition of my room upon arrival and the fact that I reserved hotels for the same time frame, at a similar location for half to a third of the price just months earlier. There were multiple major events going on in the area but over $250 per night is still unacceptable in my opinion. The following are pros and cons during my stay: Pros: Friendly staff Quiet during all hours despite being close to the airport Recently renovated Cons: Stained furniture Poorly cleaned for the price (lots of debris under bed) Room mirror mount was broken Broken bathroom curtain fixture Only one elevator located in an awkwardly far spot Bottom line: I'd only consider staying here again if they drop the prices significantly, clean much more thoroughly and fix the room issues.

Friendly check in staff, great shuttle service, quiet room at night. The not so Good value for the money.

Super COMFORTABLE BED, omg my favourite I think. The room is lovely, and I got to walk to the cemetery which has the most beautiful gardens.
