Perfect stay
We stayed overnight before a morning flight out of SeaTac and it was perfect. The staff was the BEST! From the gal who checked us in to the shuttle driver, they were so pleasant and helpful.

Overpriced. Very small room. Felt like a jail cell. Shower wouldn't come on all the way and low pressure with half the water coming out the bath spout. Filthy under the beds. Like no one has ever vacuumed under them. And the overpriced food in the Cafe was not food. It was a food like substance that was heated up in a microwave. Staff was rude and not helpful. Almost $300 for one night and did not get any kind of refund for a filthy room. Plus they charged me an extra $100 deposit on the room they never properly clean.
Staff great = shuttle great.
One thing you should consider is putting hand rails in the bathroom for older people.
