Hallway smells of smoke. Side door to outside pried open with a rock. Smoke coming inside from smokers outside the door. Bedsheets looks dirty and unwashed, smells dirty and wrinkle. Room and hallway smells muggy or moisty. Overall could not sleep on the bed, checked out and went to a different hotel. Advise...demolish the hotel and rebuild to standard.

Had a desk with no chairs no grab rails in the bathroom couldn't find any ice machine never had change for the vending machine just a plain old bad experience

My expectations weren’t high to begin with but I was dissapointed the room had musty cigarette smell :( I was also disappointed with the lack of blankets provided. The beds only had couple thin sheets. Maybe they add more in winter?

I traveled 5 hours to Philadelphia from Pittsburgh and knew you get what you pay for it was cheap.BUT upon arriving into my room I flicked the light on and a roach of some species crawled from under the desk designated area.I was desperately needing to stay so from traveling I KNEW it was a possibility that it could be that room only. So we got put into a new room not to different and after inspection there wasn't any bugs in here but when we moved the beds there was some type of needle I call it a heroine needle but needless to say no one is properly cleaning how they should but they do have hard working staff and very accommadating regardless of them speaking no English . but hey I'm still alive so I'm not complaining.

God aweful tried to check out and get refunded but they kept telling the support team at hotels.com that the manager was not there yet staff never changed and I saw the manager multiple times while they were saying there was no manager. Where to start first room… bed bugs… second room just as yuck plus roaches scurrying around
