Very good, our stay was relaxing, quiet, staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, wholesome, quiet and located close to shopping and great restaurants within walking distance.

We were disappointed by this hotel. The location is away from downtown and a bit run down. The carpet in our room was quite dirty. Our toilet became clogged and the front desk was unable to find a plunger. They delivered an obviously recently used plunger later that day to our room. The staff was friendly but seemed understaffed. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and the breakfast room was so crowded that we ended up eating at a restaurant the 3 days we were there.

Everything was fine, but for the extremely high price, it should have been better. The breakfast was most disappointing. Food and coffee not ready. There was a point when most of the foods were empty. It was kind of messy. I don't believe it is the fault of the one worker that we saw. There were too many people for one person to handle.
